Ongoing systems support
Our approach is hands-on and collaborative, helping you apply best practices in a way that is sustainable, effective, and aligned with your specific setting.
Clinical Supervision
We offer clinical supervision for post-graduate clinicians pursuing licensure in Hawaii.
This work is designed for depth, skill development, and professional identity formation, supporting clinicians as they move from foundational knowledge into confident, independent practice.
Supervision provides a space to:
Explore complex clinical cases
Strengthen clinical judgment and decision-making
Navigate relational dynamics and countertransference
Develop a clear and authentic clinical voice
The approach is both practical and reflective, combining case consultation, skill-building, and real-world application. The focus is not only on what to do, but on how to think critically and respond effectively in nuanced clinical situations.
Clinicians leave supervision with greater clarity, confidence, and the ability to provide thoughtful, high-quality, recovery-oriented care.
Note: Clinical supervision for licensure is currently available only to clinicians practicing in Hawaii.
